Every order of The Daily Mindful Method Journal receives free UPS Ground shipping within the continental US (thanks, Amazon!). We're working on ways to expand our reach with future releases.

Returns

While we don’t offer returns at this time, our packages are insured via UPS. If a package arrives damaged, please reach out to hello@ovrmattr.com or directly to UPS. Your package’s tracking information will be sent to your electronic mailbox once your item ships.
